Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations across the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing sales teams, developing new business opportunities, and expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee sales operations across the assigned region.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives and Field Officers.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Conduct regular market visits and team performance reviews.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.




- Coordinate with senior management for business planning and growth.
- Ensure productivity and performance improvement of the sales team.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 1-5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
- Minimum 2–3 years of team handling experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and manage multiple teams.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned region.
