Role Overview

Responsible for managing regional logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring timely dispatches, effective transportation, inventory accuracy and coordination with 3PL partners, distributors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day regional warehouse and logistics operations.

2. Coordinate dispatch planning, transportation and timely delivery of products across the assigned region.

3. Monitor stock movement, inventory reconciliation and warehouse accuracy.

4. Coordinate with 3PL partners, transporters and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

5. Track vehicle placement, delivery status, freight costs and logistics performance.

6. Ensure proper documentation, bill processing and freight invoice verification.

7. Work on SAP/ERP for stock updates, dispatch tracking and logistics reports.

8. Prepare MIS reports related to dispatches, inventory, transportation and logistics costs.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and operational procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; preferably Supply Chain / Logistics.

- 37 years of experience in logistics, warehouse or supply chain operations.

- Experience in Consumer Durables, Electronics or FMCG will be preferred.

- Good knowledge of SAP/ERP, Excel and logistics documentation.

- Strong coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
