Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned regional locations.
- Handle bulk hiring for hospitality, catering, QSR, food services, and operational roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, consultants, and walk-in drives.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and regional operations teams.
- Ensure timely vacancy closure as per recruitment TAT.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
- Follow up on offers, documentation, and candidate joining.
- Build regional talent pipelines and reduce candidate dropouts.

Eligibility Criteria

- 3-4 years of blue Color recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience in bulk hiring and multi-location recruitment preferred.




- Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, MS Excel, and recruitment MIS.
- Solid communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
