- As a Regional Business Manager (2nd line manager position) you will based at Delhi HQ you will responsible for launching new division in Nutrition (weight loss management )and other segments
- You will responsible for launching new product and its scientific for launching recent division in metro City and Major City with sales team of KAMs
- You will handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies.
- You should be good in Man/ Management and Administrative Control on Field Force.
- You will be responsible for effective and also helping them to achieve targets.
- As this is a newly launched company, the candidate will be responsible for establishing and expanding the Nutrition Segment in weight loss products, developing market presence, building a strong sales team,



and driving business growth across the assigned region.

Required Candidate Profile

- You should be B.Sc or Science or Pharmacy Graduate with 10-12 years experience in Pharma Sales including Nutrition product out of which 2-3 years as Regional Sales Manager handling of Nutrition Segment covering entire in Delhi Region.
- You should be good in Man/ Management and Business Development.
- You should have good experience in scientific / medical promotions, launching new products and effective implementation of strategies.
- You should be good in Maintaining Administrative Control on Filed Force, Sales operation, Distribution and Stock availability, Etc.
