Role & responsibilities

: We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer with 4--10 years of experience to support and manage enterprise Red Hat OpenShift environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in OpenShift administration, Linux (RHEL), container technologies, and platform troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

- Deploy, configure, administer, and support Red Hat OpenShift platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, container, and platform issues.
- Ensure platform availability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering and application teams for issue resolution.
- Create technical documentation and operational runbooks.
- Participate in on-call support and incident management.

Mandatory Skills:





- Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift administration and support.
- Strong Linux/RHEL administration skills.
- Experience with Docker/Containers and Kubernetes concepts.
- Robust troubleshooting and networking knowledge.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- CI/CD and DevOps exposure.
- Scripting using Bash or Python.
- Red Hat/OpenShift certifications.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 4-10 years of IT infrastructure/platform support experience.
