WE ARE HIRING – RECRUITMENT MANAGER (OFFSHORE)

Position : Recruitment Manager (Offshore)

Job Location : Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end offshore recruitment from sourcing to mobilisation.
- Build a strong database of offshore crew, rig, vessel, subsea/ROV and commissioning personnel.
- Verify mandatory offshore certifications, medicals and documentation.
- Manage bulk hiring drives, client interviews and project mobilisations.
- Coordinate visa, eMigrate/RPSL compliance, travel and joining formalities.
- Liaise with clients on manpower plans, rotations and replacements.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and lead the recruitment/sourcing team.

Requirements





- 8–12 years’ Oil & Gas recruitment experience, including 5+ years in offshore hiring.
- Proven experience handling bulk offshore mobilisation of 100+ personnel.
- Good knowledge of BOSIET/FOET, HUET, STCW, IWCF, IMCA and offshore medical requirements.
- Strong network of offshore crew, rig and vessel personnel across India.
- Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred with strong English communication skills.
