Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels, vendors.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business heads.

Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.

Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.

Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Maintain recruitment trackers,



MIS reports and hiring databases.

Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Robust sourcing and headhunting skills.

Knowledge of recruitment portals.
