⏰ Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (9-hour shift)
? Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month
? Experience: 1–2 years
? Requirement: Must have your own laptop
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing and talent acquisition.
- Resume screening, shortlisting and interview coordination.
- Payroll processing and basic salary calculations.
- Familiarity with TDS, statutory deductions and payroll-related compliance.
- Drafting HR policies, SOPs and employee-related documentation.
- Employee onboarding, documentation and HR operations.
- Managing attendance, leave records and employee data.
