About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing top talent, and successfully closing positions across various technology domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring needs.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen and assess candidate profiles based on technical and business requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screenings and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Recruit for niche and hard-to-fill technology positions.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
