? WE NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN TURN "NOT INTERESTED" INTO "WHEN CAN I JOIN?" ?

Are you the kind of person who:

- Can find a needle in a haystack (or a great candidate on page 27 of LinkedIn)?
- Doesn't give up after the first "No".
- Knows that a great candidate experience matters as much as a great hire.
- Gets a genuine kick out of closing a difficult position?

Then we might have a match! A leading Real Estate Company is looking for a RECRUITER!

Here's what we're looking for:

? 3+ years of recruitment experience

? Strong sourcing, screening and candidate engagement skills

? Someone who can manage multiple positions without losing their cool

? Excellent communication and negotiation skills

? Real estate industry experience is a plus, but not a deal-breaker!

What makes them worth considering?

They are a Excellent Place to Work® Certified Organisation. We believe great businesses are built by great people, and we take that seriously.

? Location: Pimple Saudagar, PCMC

⚡ Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

If you believe recruitment is not just about filling vacancies but about finding the right people who make organisations better, we'd like to meet you.

Interested? Drop your CV in our DMs or tag someone who fits the bill.

And yes, if you can turn a "No" into a "Yes", you're already speaking our language!
