We're Hiring | R2R (Record to Report) – Leadership Role

We are looking for an experienced R2R professional for a leading multinational organization in the manufacturing and chemical industry .

Location: Mumbai (Turbhe)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Record-to-Report operations.
- Oversee general ledger, financial closing, reconciliations and reporting.
- Drive process standardization, transformation and automation.
- Ensure compliance, accuracy and timely financial reporting.
- Manage global stakeholders and collaborate with international finance teams.
- Lead and develop the R2R team while driving operational excellence.

Key Requirements:

- 18+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Solid experience in GCC / GBS / Global Shared Services environments.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or chemical industry is preferred.
- Mandatory experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation .
- Working knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP Business One.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
