We are looking for Quality Incharge with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Foundry Industry.

Experience: 3+ Years (Must have Foundry Industry Experience)

Salary: 20,000-35,000 p.m Negotiable (As per experience and skills)

Location - Kolkata , West Bengal ( Uluberia)

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the foundry production process.
- Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in-process production and finished castings.
- Identify and resolve quality issues, casting defects and rejection problems.
- Handle root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain quality reports, inspection records and documentation.




- Coordinate with production teams to improve product quality and reduce rejection rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Foundry Industry.
- Candidates from the Foundry Industry only.
- Good knowledge of casting defects, inspection methods and quality control.
- Robust problem-solving and team-handling skills.
