Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Daskroi for a Quality Control Line Inspector / Quality Control Final Inspector. The role involves inspecting metal rods, tubes, wires, and brass turned components at various stages of production to ensure they meet defined specifications and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include visual and dimensional checks, using measuring instruments (such as calipers, micrometers, gauges), recording inspection results, and identifying non-conforming material.





The inspector collaborates with production teams to communicate defects, support corrective actions, and help maintain consistent quality on the line. Additional responsibilities include following safety procedures, maintaining inspection records, and supporting final quality checks before dispatch.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform visual and dimensional inspection of metal components using basic measuring tools and gauges.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes for copper, copper alloys, and brass components, or willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic familiarity with quality control concepts such as tolerances, defects, and acceptance criteria.
- Robust communication skills to report findings to supervisors and coordinate with production staff.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely in a factory environment.
- Prior experience in quality inspection or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Relevant technical education or vocational training in mechanical, metallurgical, or production fields is preferred.
