Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct incoming, in-process and final quality inspections.
- Check dimensions, tolerances and surface finish as per engineering drawings.
- Perform hydraulic pressure testing of finished cylinders.
- Maintain inspection records, calibration records and test certificates.
- Identify non-conformities and support corrective actions.
- Prepare dispatch inspection reports.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Micrometer, Vernier, Dial Caliper, Bore Gauge and Height Gauge.
- Positive knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of ERP software and MS Excel.
- Experience in machining or hydraulic component inspection preferred.
