A Quality Control (QC) Manager for an FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers / Jumbo Bag) manufacturing plant oversees quality assurance, process inspection, and compliance with international safety standards.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Textile Engineering, Plastic Technology, Polymer Science, or a related science/engineering field. • Experience: 5 to 8+ years of hands-on QA/QC experience specifically in the FIBC, jumbo bag, or PP woven sack manufacturing industry.
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001.
• Proficiency in core quality tools: 7 QC Tools, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and PDCA Cycle.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Soft Skills: Robust leadership, team management, cross-functional communication, and problem-solving abilities.
