- Process Monitoring: Oversee manufacturing stages—such as machining, welding, or assembly—to catch defects early and reduce waste. [1, 2]

- Root Cause Analysis &

- CAPA:

Investigate product failures or non-conformities, run root-cause tools (like 5-Why or Fishbone diagrams), and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions. [1, 2]

- Documentation &

- Reporting:

Maintain inspection logs, quality control charts, and compliance records for management and audits. [1, 2, 3]

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with production, design, and supplier teams to resolve quality bottlenecks and improve floor output. [1, 2]

- Auditing &

- Standards:

Ensure plant adherence to quality frameworks like

- Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field. [1, 2]

- Technical Knowledge:





- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.

- Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and quality management systems.

- Experience with defect-reduction or lean methods (Six Sigma, 5S). [1, 2, 3, 4]

- Soft Skills:

- High attention to detail and analytical problem-solving.

- Strong communication skills to report issues and train floor operators

- Entry-Level (0–2 years): Junior QC / Quality Engineer (Focused on line inspections and testing).

- Mid-Level (3–6 years): Quality Control Engineer / Process Quality Specialist.

- Senior Roles (7+ years): Senior Quality Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE), or Quality Manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
