Role Description The Quality Control Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ankleshwar. This position is responsible for inspecting and testing incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with internal standards and applicable industry regulations. Day-to-day tasks include executing quality control procedures, documenting test results, maintaining calibration and inspection records, and supporting root cause analysis for non-conformities.





The role involves close coordination with production, design, and quality assurance teams to implement corrective and preventive actions and to support continuous improvement initiatives.

The Quality Control

Executive also assists in maintaining laboratory equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and contributing to audits and certification processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret technical data, test reports, and specifications.
- Candidates should possess hands-on quality control and quality assurance skills, including familiarity with standard QC procedures, documentation, and compliance practices.
- Candidates should possess skills related to testing, measurement, and handling of instruments and materials in an industrial setting.
- Candidates should possess calibration skills for measuring instruments and equipment, ensuring accuracy and traceability of readings.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, particularly in valves, instrumentation, or process control equipment, will be an advantage.
- Robust attention to detail, ability to follow standard operating procedures, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- ITI/Diploma/BE- Mechanical/Instrument Preferred.
- 0-2 years Fresher/Experienced can apply.
- Candidate must be from Ankleshwar/Bharuch.
