? About GPC Agrochemicals Pvt. Ltd.GPC Agrochemicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, analytical and result-oriented Quality Assurance Manager who can drive quality excellence across our sales and customer interaction processes.

We are looking for professionals who understand call quality, sales monitoring, customer experience and performance improvement.

Candidates from Agri-Industry as well as Call Centre / Contact Centre backgrounds are welcome!

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall Quality Assurance function.
- Monitor, audit and evaluate sales and customer service calls.
- Develop and implement QA scorecards, quality parameters and performance benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with calling scripts, SOPs and company quality standards.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Provide feedback, coaching and guidance to employees and Team Leaders.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly and monthly QA performance reports.
- Monitor customer complaints, call handling quality and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular quality calibration and performance review meetings.
- Drive continuous improvement in calling standards and customer experience.




- Manage and guide the QA team to achieve organizational quality objectives.

- Agri-Input / Agrochemical / Agriculture Industry.
- Call Centre / Contact Centre Operations.
- Banking & Financial Services.
- Insurance & Sales Operations.

Candidates from organizations such as Policybazaar, Paisabazaar and other reputed Call Centre companies will be preferred. ? Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Expertise in Call Auditing, Quality Monitoring and QA Scorecards.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and reporting tools.
- Ability to identify gaps and drive measurable improvements.
