? Hiring: QMS Coordinator (AISC)

Next Era is looking for a highly organized QMS Coordinator based in India to keep our Quality Management System running on schedule for our shop and field operations in Madison, Georgia (USA). While our on-site team handles physical inspections and sign-offs, you will own the master schedule, initiate workflows, track deliverables to completion, and keep our records audit-ready.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule & Process Management: Own the Master QMS Calendar, prompt in office staff ahead of due dates, trigger workflows for project awards, new hires, or nonconformances, and follow up persistently until records are filed.
- Document & Record Control: Maintain the Master Document List, draft manual/procedure redlines, manage server filing structures, and verify complete record sets at project close-out.
- Log Maintenance: Update and flag gaps across tracking logs, including Nonconformance, CARs, Calibration, Welder Continuity, Training, QCI Qualifications, and the Approved Vendor List.
- Reporting & Audit Prep: Send weekly 30-day look-aheads and monthly CEO status reports, schedule internal audits, and assemble evidence packets for internal and annual AISC audits.

✅ Must-Have Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in document control,



QMS coordination, or quality administration within an ISO 9001, AISC, or similar certified environment.
- Strong written English for clear, polite daily follow-up emails with US managers and field staff.
- Advanced Excel skills (tracking logs, conditional due-date flags, filters), plus proficiency with Outlook calendars, MS Teams, and shared-server filing.
- High persistence and organization to chase down open items until properly closed and filed.
- Required overlap: At least 3 hours a day with Georgia business hours, e.g. 8:00–11:00 AM Eastern = 5:30–8:30 PM IST (6:30–9:30 PM IST in winter).

➕ Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in steel fabrication, construction, manufacturing, or engineering documentation.
- Familiarity with AISC, AWS, or ASTM terms (WPS, MTR, PIV, CofC) and ISO 9001 internal auditor/document control training.
- Experience using Microsoft Planner, SharePoint lists, or similar task-tracking tools.
