We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to strengthen our quality engineering practices and ensure reliable, high-quality product releases.

Position Details

- Job Title: QA Lead – Automation

Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on QA Lead to take end-to-end ownership of product quality, with a strong focus on test automation. The ideal candidate will have experience building automation frameworks, improving testing processes, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to deliver reliable, scalable software.

Key Responsibilities

- Own QA activities across products, features, and releases.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks, preferably

using Playwright.
- Define QA processes, testing standards, and best practices.
- Plan and execute manual, automated, functional, and regression testing.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to identify issues early in the

development lifecycle.
- Improve test coverage and identify gaps in existing testing processes.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Track release quality metrics,



analyze defects, and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor QA engineers and help build a scalable quality engineering function.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with strong expertise in test

automation.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright or similar frameworks such as Selenium or

Cypress.
- Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch.
- Strong understanding of web application testing, API testing, and regression

testing.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect management.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take ownership of testing strategy and release quality.

Positive to Have

- Experience working with SaaS products.
- Exposure to performance and security testing.
- Basic understanding of backend systems, databases, and application architecture.
- Experience mentoring QA engineers or leading QA initiatives.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹15,000,000.00 per month
