We are a heavy equipment rental company seeking candidates to handle procurement and stores for cranes, piling rigs, vibro hammers and other construction machinery.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Procure machinery spares, filters, lubricants, hydraulic parts and maintenance consumables against approved requirements.
- Source reliable suppliers, obtain and compare quotations, negotiate rates and payment terms, and prepare purchase orders.
- Confirm part numbers, specifications and equipment compatibility with the maintenance team before ordering.
- Follow up on deliveries, prioritise breakdown requirements and coordinate with sites, maintenance and accounts.
- Handle material receipt, checking, GRNs, storage, labelling and authorised material issues.
- Maintain accurate inward/outward records, machine-wise material issues and lubricant stock records.
- Conduct physical stock checks, monitor minimum stock levels and flag shortages or slow-moving items.




- Maintain purchase documents and coordinate invoice discrepancies, material returns and warranty claims.

Candidate Profile

- Preferably 4-10 years relevant experience in purchase and/or stores with heavy equipment rental, construction, infrastructure, equipment dealerships or machinery workshops.
- Practical knowledge of machinery spares, lubricants and inventory control.
- Graduate/Diploma/ITI; mechanical or automobile background preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and purchase/stores documentation; Tally or ERP experience is an advantage.
- Solid vendor negotiation, follow-up, coordination and record-keeping skills.
