Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Procurement Trainees. The selected candidates will support day-to-day procurement activities, coordinate with suppliers, maintain purchase records, and assist in ensuring the timely availability of required materials

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing purchase orders and maintaining procurement documentation.
- Obtain supplier quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, material availability, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on pending orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
- Maintain supplier databases, purchase trackers, and procurement records.
- Support routine purchasing activities as per company procedures.

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate or postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
