Role Description The Purchase Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement cycle, including processing purchase requisitions, preparing and issuing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate purchasing records.

The Purchase

Executive coordinates with internal teams to understand material and service requirements, sources vendors, obtains quotations, and negotiates pricing and terms in line with project budgets and timelines. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring inventory levels,



tracking delivery schedules, resolving discrepancies with suppliers, and ensuring that all purchases comply with company policies and quality standards. The role involves regular communication with project managers, site teams, and vendors to support smooth and timely project execution.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management, with experience handling end-to-end procurement processes.
- Proficiency in Procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and contract management.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Experience working in construction, interior design, or related project-based environments is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple tasks, and meet strict project deadlines.
- Attention to detail, basic knowledge of inventory control, and familiarity with MS Office and ERP or purchasing software.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
