About the Role

As Purchase Executive, you will manage the purchase of raw materials, premium packaging and gifting components for Kimirica's products. You will work with vendors, Planning, Production, Quality and Finance, and manage all purchase transactions in SAP, to make sure materials arrive on time, at the right quality and at the right cost, in line with our luxury brand standards.

What You'll Do

- Run purchase orders in SAP: Raise and follow up POs in SAP for raw materials, packaging (bottles, caps, jars, cartons, labels), fragrance and gifting components, based on planning and production requirements.
- Manage vendors: Build strong relationships with suppliers, track delivery timelines, quality and pricing, and resolve issues quickly.
- Negotiate and control cost: Get competitive quotes, negotiate rates, payment terms and lead times, and support cost-saving initiatives without compromising on premium quality.
- Ensure on-time availability: Track material requirements, lead times and open orders (including MRP and PR-to-PO tracking in SAP), and flag shortages or delays early to avoid production stoppages.
- Coordinate across teams: Work with Planning, Production, Quality, Stores,



Finance and NPD on material requirements, inward quality checks, rejections and new launches.
- Develop recent vendors: Identify and onboard suppliers for premium packaging and gifting components that meet Kimirica's design and quality standards.
- Keep records accurate: Maintain purchase data, rate contracts, vendor master and info records in SAP, and coordinate GRN, invoice matching and payment follow-ups with Finance.
- Report with insight: Prepare MIS on purchase spend, vendor performance, pending orders and price trends, using SAP reports and Excel.

What You Bring

- 2-5 years of experience in purchase / procurement, preferably in beauty, personal care, FMCG, packaging or manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with SAP (MM module: PR, PO, GRN, vendor master, MRP) is required
- Working knowledge of raw material and packaging material purchase
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, MIS reporting)
- Understanding of lead times, MOQs, costing and purchase documentation (PO, GRN, invoices)
- Strong follow-up, coordination and communication skills
- An eye for quality, detail and premium finish
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field (MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain is an advantage)
