Purchase Executive (Furniture Manufacture)

Location: Hoskote Industrial Area, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Gross)

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Mandatory Experience: experience with a furniture manufacturing private limited company

Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in any stream

About the Role

Handle daily procurement of raw materials, consumables and services for a manufacturing unit, coordinating with Stores, Production and Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Source materials/services; send RFQs & compare quotations
- Raise and track purchase orders in Tally
- Negotiate pricing, quality, delivery & payment terms
- Develop vendors & maintain vendor records
- Follow up deliveries; coordinate stock and requirements
- Support GRN, invoice matching, payments & cost control

Mandatory Requirements

- Current/previous experience in a furniture manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. company
- Hands-on Tally purchase orders & basic purchase GST
- Strong negotiation & vendor follow-up skills
- Fluent English, Hindi & Kannada
- Own two-wheeler & valid two-wheeler licence
