The Opportunity

This is a rare, ground-floor opportunity for a sharp, ambitious Psychologist Intern to join our core team. We are not looking for years of clinical experience—we are looking for hunger, curiosity, and strong research capability.

If you are a young mind eager to take ownership, build trust, and grow rapidly alongside an early-stage mental health platform, this role is designed for you. High-performing interns who demonstrate exceptional initiative and clinical promise will be fast-tracked for a full-time Lead Psychologist role upon completing the internship.

What You Will Do

- Research & Program Development: Conduct deep-dive psychological research to design evidence-based frameworks, therapeutic resources, and client assessment tools.
- Clinical Support & Operations: Assist in structuring remote therapeutic workflows, intake assessments, and client progress tracking.
- Content & Ecosystem Building: Translate complex psychological concepts into accessible, impactful insights for our platform and community.
- Direct Ownership: Work closely with the founding team in a high-trust environment where your ideas directly shape our clinical standards and platform features.

What We Are Looking For

- Education:



Master’s degree (completed or in the final stages) in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or an allied field.
- Experience: 0 years required. Prior work experience is not necessary—your mindset and drive matter far more than your resume.
