Are you passionate about language, accuracy, and quality content? We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Proof Readers (Male & Female) to join our editorial team at Agra.
Position: Proof Reader
Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and capabilities)
What We're Looking For:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the publishing industry.
- Excellent command of English and Hindi (bilingual candidates preferred).
- Positive computer knowledge, including MS Word and basic MS Excel.
- Knowledge of internet surfing and online research.
- Strong proofreading, grammar, spelling, and editing skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and correct grammatical, spelling, and typographical errors.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in Hindi and English content.
- Proofread books, educational material, competitive examination guides, and practice sets.
- Coordinate with editorial and production teams to maintain quality and meet deadlines.
