We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to coordinate and manage technology projects, ensuring timely delivery through effective planning, stakeholder communication, resource coordination, and risk management. The candidate should be comfortable working with distributed offshore and onshore teams across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities

- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Maintain project plans, trackers, schedules, risks, dependencies, and action items.
- Monitor project progress, follow up on deliverables, and proactively escalate delays or issues.
- Coordinate with offshore teams, onshore stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Prepare and communicate regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings, track decisions, and ensure timely closure of action items.
- Track technical issues, defects, and dependencies through resolution.
- Coordinate technical change rollouts and post-launch activities.
- Monitor resource allocation and capacity to ensure smooth project execution.

Required SkillsMust Have

- 3–5+ years of experience in IT project coordination or project management.




- Strong understanding of project scope, scheduling, milestones, and deliverable tracking.
- Experience in risk, issue, dependency, and resource management.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and lightweight project tracking practices.
- Experience coordinating distributed/offshore teams.
- Solid stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently across time zones with limited onshore overlap.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP certification

Good to Have

- Experience coordinating with international stakeholders, preferably Canadian/Calgary-based teams.
- Experience managing vendor relationships.
- Exposure to technical change management, deployment coordination, and post-launch support.
- Experience working with cross-functional technology and operations teams.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or post-secondary qualification in a relevant discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5+ years of relevant IT project management experience.
