Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager (French Language) to support French-speaking customers across pre-sales and post-sales project delivery activities. The role involves project coordination, customer onboarding, product demonstrations, training, document translation, UAT support, go-live assistance, and hyper care support. The ideal candidate should possess strong French language proficiency, customer engagement skills, and project management capabilities. Technical knowledge is not mandatory.

Key Deliverables

- Support French-speaking prospects and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct product demonstrations during pre-sales, implementation, and UAT phases.
- Participate in project kick-off meetings and coordinate project activities with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Translate customer-facing, business, training, and product-related documents between French and English.
- Facilitate customer onboarding and training programs.




- Help customers adopt the product effectively through training sessions, user guidance, and ongoing engagement.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Provide go-live and post-implementation hyper care support.
- Monitor project milestones, track action items, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned French-speaking customers and maintain solid customer relationships.

Required Qualifications

- Fluency in French (spoken and written) – mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in technical support, implementation, or project management roles in a SaaS or enterprise software environment would be an added advantage
- Experience interacting with international clients, preferably in the France/EU region
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage client requirements and translate them into deliverable actions
- Familiarity with support and project management tools like Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Confluence, etc.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills
- Experience in packaging, labelling, regulatory compliance, or artwork management domains will be a plus
