Job SummaryI4S Group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – ELV to manage and execute ELV projects from planning to commissioning. The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to handle teams, clients, and project execution efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, execute, and manage ELV projects from initiation to commissioning.
2. Handle CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, and Networking systems.
3. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
4. Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.
5. Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and overall progress.
6. Manage site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
7. Supervise project engineers, technicians, and site teams.

Ensure timely material procurement and resource availability.
9. Conduct regular site inspections and monitor installation quality.
10. Identify project risks and resolve technical and operational issues.
11. Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
12. Ensure projects are delivered within the approved timelines and budgets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or a relevant field.
- 10–15 years of experience in ELV project management.
- Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, and Networking systems.
- Excellent project planning, coordination, and execution skills.
- Strong team management and client-handling abilities.
- Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
