Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-rise and commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Execution: Lead the execution of construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and quality control.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of project teams, including engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, providing regular updates on project status.
