OPEN POSITIONS

1. Civil Engineering Professionals

- Degree / Diploma / Equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering.
- Practical experience in civil construction and project execution.

1. Interior Design Professionals

- Degree / Diploma / Equivalent qualification in Interior Design.
- Experience in interior project coordination, execution, and supervision.

1. Architecture Professionals

- Degree / Diploma / Equivalent qualification in Architecture or a relevant field.
- Experience in architectural coordination and project management.

1. Telecalling & Marketing Professionals

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong marketing, client follow-up, and lead-generation abilities.

1. MS Office Specialists

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and professional documentation.
- Ability to prepare reports, quotations, BOQs, project schedules, and related documents.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA




- Applicants must have completed a minimum of 5 Civil or Interior Projects during their professional career, preferably with recent project experience.
- Practical knowledge and a professional approach to work.
- Strong coordination, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

WORKING MODEL
- Engagement: Freelance only
- Work Location: Kochi, Kerala
- Work Schedule: Flexible, based on project requirements and mutually agreed timelines
- Remuneration: Project-based payment, depending on the role, scope of work, experience, and project budget
- Opportunity: Collaborate on multiple Civil and Interior projects based on availability and suitability.
