Role & responsibilities

- The primary purpose of Large Contract Executive within Company Key Account Management structure is to serve as the point of contact for assigned strategic client accounts.

The Account

Executive is responsible for a deep understanding of the client's business, needs, and objectives, and then collaborating with cross functional teams globally to deliver Company' services and solutions in a way that aligns with and supports the client's goals.

- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in the inspection services.

- Responsible for project planning, Coordination, Appointing Surveyors & Report review for various project.

- Responsible for monitoring the project from initial stage to Final Stage.

- Responsible for keeping detailed records of all project elements

- Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Preparation of Monthly / Quarterly / Annual meeting
