Work Mode: Remote - Field-Based

About the RoleNIYO School is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven Program Coordinators who can connect with parents and families, understand their requirements, counsel them about our educational programs, and drive student enrolments.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, travelling locally, and working towards sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet parents and families through field visits, referrals, events, and community outreach.
- Understand parents' requirements and recommend suitable NIYO programs.
- Explain program benefits, structure, learning outcomes, fees, and enrolment procedures.
- Build strong relationships with parents and address their queries and objections.
- Follow up with interested parents and convert potential leads into enrolments.
- Achieve assigned monthly enrolment and sales targets.
- Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the reporting manager and share regular field updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing, and negotiation abilities.




- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel locally and meet parents in person.
- Knowledge of local areas and community networks will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
- Basic qualified English communication along with relevant local language proficiency.

CompensationCompetitive salary based on experience, skill set, and interview performance. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process.
