Position: Cutting Shop Supervisor

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily cutting shop operations and ensure smooth production activities.
- Handle manpower allocation and monitor worker performance.
- Ensure proper cutting of raw materials as per production requirements.
- Monitor machine operations, material utilization and minimize wastage.
- Maintain production records, daily reports and shift-wise output.
- Ensure quality standards, safety procedures and 5S practices.
- Coordinate with PPC, Stores and Production departments for timely material availability.
- Monitor machine maintenance and report breakdowns.

Required Skills:
- Experience in a manufacturing or forging industry preferred.
- Knowledge of cutting machines and raw material handling.
- Good manpower handling and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of production planning and quality standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
