Industry: Aluminium Recycling & Alloy Manufacturing

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage day-to-day production operations in our aluminium recycling and alloy manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage aluminium scrap processing, melting and alloy production.
- Handle furnace operations and monitor production activities.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards and timely dispatch.
- Manage manpower, machinery and raw material utilization.
- Monitor production efficiency and minimize material wastage.
- Ensure safety standards and smooth plant operations.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and other departments.

Requirements:

- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
- Experience in aluminium, metal, steel or alloy manufacturing.
- Practical knowledge of melting, furnace operations and metal processing.
- Experience in production planning and team management.
- Candidates from aluminium recycling or foundry backgrounds preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
