- Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Head to manage and lead our SMT, PCB assembly, and electronics manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, process management, quality control, team leadership, and ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining production efficiency and quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of SMT assembly, PCB manufacturing, electronics production processes, and experience in managing production teams and manufacturing operations.

- Key Responsibilities

Set up, manage, and supervise SMT/PCBA production lines.

Plan and schedule production activities based on order requirements and delivery timelines.

Manage production capacity, manpower allocation, and resource utilization.

Establish and strengthen production quality assurance (QA/QC) processes.

Prepare and maintain BOMs, work instructions, SOPs, and production documentation.

Monitor production processes, testing, inspection, rework, and failure analysis.

Ensure product quality and minimize production defects and rejection rates.

Coordinate with purchase, stores, design, R&D;, quality, and other departments.

Manage vendor coordination and component sourcing activities.

Lead, train, and manage the production team to achieve departmental targets.





Identify process improvement opportunities and implement cost optimization measures.

Ensure on-time production and delivery as per customer requirements.

Monitor production performance through daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of production machinery and equipment.

- Required Skills & Technical Competencies

Strong knowledge of SMT assembly and PCBA manufacturing.

Practical experience in setting up and managing SMT production lines.

Knowledge of reflow, AOI, SPI, PCB assembly, and functional testing.

Hands-on experience with production QA, QC testing, and process control.

Knowledge of electronic component identification and PCB manufacturing processes.

Understanding of IoT, industrial electronics, or consumer electronics manufacturing will be preferred.

Solid knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.

Experience in handling production documentation, BOMs, and SOPs.

Knowledge of vendor management and supply chain coordination.

Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

- Educational Qualifications

B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering may also be considered based on relevant experience.

- Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or production management.

Experience in SMT/PCBA production line management is highly preferred.

Prior experience handling production teams, quality processes, and manufacturing operations.

Experience in IoT product manufacturing, industrial electronics, or consumer electronics will be an added advantage.
