Roles and responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement production processes to ensure efficient fabrication of sheet metal parts using various tools such as punch press machines.

- Read engineering drawings and create detailed designs for welded assemblies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues and improve overall productivity.

- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3-8 years of experience in Production Engineering or related field (Mechanical Engineering background preferred).

- Robust understanding of drawing reading, fabrication techniques, manpower handling, production engineering principles, sheet metal fabrication methods.

- Proficiency in working with punch press machines, welding processes, and other relevant equipment.
