Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented PPC professional responsible for purchase coordination, production planning, inventory and shortage management, and ensuring timely execution of production activities as per customer orders. The candidate should have knowledge of electronic components and LED lighting products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Purchase & Procurement Coordination

- Prepare and coordinate purchase requirements based on production orders.
- Follow up with the purchase department and suppliers for timely material availability.
- Coordinate material booking and procurement planning.

1. Production Planning

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on customer orders.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure timely order execution.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.

1. Material & Shortage Planning

- Identify material shortages as per customer orders and production requirements.




- Monitor stock availability and maintain proper material planning.
- Coordinate with purchase and stores departments to avoid production delays.

1. Technical Knowledge

- Basic to valuable knowledge of electronic components and LED lighting products.
- Understanding of LED product manufacturing processes and related materials.
- Ability to identify and understand technical material requirements.

1. MIS & Documentation

- Maintain production planning reports, material records and order status.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel.
- Maintain purchase and production-related documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma in relevant discipline.
- Experience in PPC, production planning or material planning, preferably in LED or electronics manufacturing.
- Knowledge of electronic components and LED products.
- Good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and other MS Office applications.
- Good coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple production orders and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates having experience in LED lighting manufacturing, electronics assembly, material planning and production coordination will be preferred.
