We’re Hiring: Field Sales & Onboarding Specialist (Hyderabad)

Are you great at building relationships, giving live software demos, and closing target-driven sales on the ground? We’re looking for a high-energy Field Sales & Onboarding Specialist based in Hyderabad to take our software applications directly to our target clients.

This is a high-impact, field-based role where you’ll be on the move—meeting decision-makers, demonstrating our application suite live, onboarding recent clients, and capturing crucial feedback from the field.

What You’ll Do

Field Demos & Closing: Visit client locations across the Hyderabad region to conduct live software walk-throughs and secure target-driven acquisitions.

Hands-on Onboarding:



Walk client teams through initial system setup and operational workflow orientation.

Market Insights: Gather direct user feedback to help our product engineering teams refine upcoming features.

Pipeline Management: Build and manage a steady local field sales pipeline.

What We’re Looking For

Location: Based in Hyderabad with solid local geography knowledge.

Travel: 100% comfortable with daily local field travel.

Experience: 1–4 years in software field sales, B2B demos, or on-ground business development.

Communication: Excellent presentation skills; fluent in English and local languages (Telugu/Hindi).
