Technomed Devices India Ltd. is looking for a result-driven Procurement Manager with strong industry knowledge, established OEM connections, and exceptional negotiation skills to strengthen our procurement and sourcing operations.

? Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard reliable OEM manufacturers and suppliers of surgical and examination gloves.

Source Surgical Gloves (Sterile & Non-Sterile), Nitrile Gloves, Latex Gloves and other disposable medical products.

Negotiate highly competitive purchase prices while maintaining product quality standards.

Develop direct relationships with manufacturers to ensure cost-effective sourcing.

Explore new vendors, compare quotations and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Manage vendor development, procurement planning, purchase orders and delivery schedules.

Ensure product specifications, certifications and quality compliance.

? What We Are Looking For

3–7 years of relevant procurement/sourcing experience.

Mandatory experience in Surgical Gloves,



Examination Gloves or Disposable Medical Products.

Strong connections with glove manufacturers, OEMs and suppliers.

Excellent commercial negotiation and vendor management skills.

Ability to identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities and improve procurement margins.
