You’ll support urgent and short-notice purchases from request to delivery. Freshers are welcome. We’ll train you on the job.
What you’ll do
- Take urgent material requests from site and engineering teams
- Contact vendors and collect quotes
- Prepare simple quote comparisons in Excel
- Help prepare POs and follow up for approvals
- Follow up with vendors until material is delivered
- Coordinate deliveries with site and stores
- Keep vendor contacts and order records updated
What we’re looking for
- Freshers welcome. Diploma or degree in any field; Mechanical is a plus
- Candidates based in Kochi/Ernakulam only
- Own two-wheeler preferred
- Basic Excel skills
- Good communication in Malayalam and English; Hindi is a plus
- Confident speaking to vendors on the phone
- Organized, quick to respond, and valuable at following up
What we offer
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month
