Procurement Engineer – Roles &

- Responsibilities

- Identify and procure construction materials as per project requirements.

- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for material planning.

- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.

- Identify and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.

- Ensure timely delivery of quality materials within the approved budget.

- Monitor purchase orders, material stock, and inventory records.

- Verify material specifications, quality, and quantity.

- Maintain purchase bills, invoices, and procurement documentation.

- Control procurement costs and avoid material wastage.

- Coordinate with accounts and site teams for purchase and payment processing.

- Maintain material accounts, purchase records, stock registers, and consumption reports.
