WE ARE HIRING | PROCESS ENGINEERING ASSOCIATE / MANAGER

We are looking for experienced Process Engineering professionals for an exciting opportunity with a leading organization in the International Banking domain.

Job Details:

- Job Title: Process Engineering Associate / Manager
- Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE)
- Experience:
- Senior Associate: 6–8 Years
- Manager: 8–10 Years
- Location: Bangalore
- Work Mode: Hybrid (3–4 days WFO per week)
- Shift: 12 PM – 10 PM
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 30-day notice period

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify process inefficiencies and develop strategies to improve operational performance.
- Establish current-state baselines, identify improvement opportunities, and design future-state processes.
- Leverage advanced analytics, process modelling, and workflow analysis to solve complex business problems.
- Drive data-driven recommendations to achieve financial, operational, and customer benefits.
- Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Monitor service delivery, productivity, quality, and performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to risk management, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.




- Lead and guide process improvement initiatives while promoting operational excellence.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification – Mandatory.
- 6–10 years of experience in Process Engineering, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Business Transformation.
- Strong expertise in process mapping, process modelling, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Visio, ARIS, Minitab, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to engage with senior leadership and drive business transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience in International Banking, Financial Services, Transaction Banking, or Payments will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile: Professionals with solid process transformation experience, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and exposure to banking/financial services operations.
