Provide technical and architectural leadership for Care Extension capabilities as part of Value Connect Platform

Define and drive the application strategy and execution roadmap, ensuring solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned to long‑term platform evolution.

Lead the design and implementation of Care Management and Medication Management solutions, including workflows across core platform services and client‑facing modules.

Own end‑to‑end development lifecycle management, including design, deployment, optimization, monitoring, and operational readiness in production environments.

Translate complex business problems into enterprise‑grade architectures that deliver measurable outcomes such as faster time‑to‑value, automation, and decision intelligence.

Partner with product, engineering, and architecture leaders to ensure tight alignment between platform capabilities, release milestones, and customer commitments.

Establish and enforce standards for Responsible AI, model governance, and platform consistency across teams.

Act as a technical mentor and force multiplier,



raising team engineering maturity through design reviews, best practices, and hands‑on guidance.

Required Skills

Demonstrated experience leading enterprise solution architecture for large‑scale, multi‑product Application & platforms

Deep expertise in technical Design and Architecture, with a track record of operationalizing these capabilities in production environments.

Proven ability to design and operate high‑performance data pipelines, including large‑scale deployment, optimization, and lifecycle management.

Strong hands‑on background with Java, Spark, Azure, React, and Postgre in complex, distributed systems.

Experience building platforms that support multiple use cases, teams, and release trains without sacrificing reliability or velocity.

Robust understanding of Responsible AI principles, enterprise governance, and risk management in regulated environments.
