Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain large-scale Java-based microservices architecture for banking applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.

- Ensure high availability, scalability, security and performance of the system by implementing monitoring tools such as Kafka.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of technical standards for coding practices.

Job Requirements

1. 9–15 years of hands-on experience in development using Core Java ,Data structure and Algorithm, JEE, JPA, JUnit, Kafka, and Microservices.

2. Good Experience in AWS. Strong experience in architectural design – both low-level and high-level.





Experience building distributed systems and working in microservices-based architecture.

3. Proficient with Kafka and message-driven architecture.

4. Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL). Sound understanding of modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployment.

5. Experience working in Agile/Scrum-based teams with exposure to software lifecycle tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, JIRA).

Technical Skills Core Java ,Data structure and Algorithm, JEE, JPA, JUnit, Kafka, Microservices (Must), REST API development SQL, PostgreSQL Git, Maven, Jenkins (Desired), Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (eg. AWS)
