The CBSE School Principal role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tamil Nadu. The Principal will oversee the academic and administrative functions of a CBSE school, ensuring alignment with board guidelines and the organization’s vision for enriched, empowering education. Daily responsibilities include leading and mentoring staff, supervising curriculum implementation, monitoring classroom practices, and promoting a positive, inclusive school culture.

The Principal will coordinate with middle school and other sections, engage with families and stakeholders, and ensure effective communication across the school community. The role also involves strategic planning, policy development, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement in teaching-learning processes and student outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong educational leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage school teams effectively.
- Experience in curriculum development and implementation in CBSE-affiliated schools.




- Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, staff, families, and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in middle school or similar grade-level management, with understanding of age-appropriate pedagogy.
- Experience with educational ecosystems in leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Education with B.Ed or M.Ed preferred
- Thorough knowledge of CBSE regulations, school operations, assessment practices, and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to foster an inclusive, safe, and student-centered learning workplace focused on holistic development.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills, with the capacity to work under pressure.
- Prior experience as a Principal is essential.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
