- Experience: 8–12 years in residential interior design.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Project exposure: Luxury and premium residential projects.
- Design skills: Space planning, concepts, material selection, detailing and 3D visualisation.
- Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Enscape and Photoshop.
- Leadership: Should be capable of managing 3–5 designers.
- Client management: Confident in presenting designs and handling demanding clients.

2. Key responsibilities
1. Lead the complete design process from concept to final design sign-off.
2. Understand client requirements and translate them into design concepts.
3. Review layouts, 3D renders, working drawings and BOQs.
4. Lead and mentor the design team.
5. Coordinate with site execution, vendors and contractors.
6. Maintain design quality, timelines and project budgets.
7. Participate in significant client meetings and presentations.
8. Develop standard design processes and templates for the firm.
