Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Principal Consultant GTM Execution to provide strategic techno-functional leadership across SAP Global Trade Management (GTM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Materials Management (MM) solutions.

The role will work closely with global business stakeholders and technology teams to lead complex SAP projects, large-scale enhancements, solution design, business process optimization, integrations, and regional application support. The position will act as a key SAP GTM subject matter expert, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP GTM, SD, and MM projects, large enhancements, rollouts, and regional support activities.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP GTM and related business processes.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
- Drive business process improvements, automation, and solution optimization.
- Manage incidents, defects, root-cause analysis, and resolution activities.
- Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, and deployment activities.
- Manage and oversee SAP integrations with FI/CO, LE, WM/EWM, PP, and third-party applications.
- Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver business value.
- Develop training materials, conduct workshops, and support user adoption.




- Mentor team members and promote SAP best practices.

Required Technical & Functional Expertise

- Strong expertise in SAP GTM (Global Trade Management).
- Hands-on experience with SAP SD and MM.
- Good understanding of SAP LE and Inventory Management.
- Solid knowledge of OTC (Order-to-Cash) and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes.
- Experience with Pricing and Condition Techniques.
- Knowledge of SAP FI/CO integration.
- Experience integrating SAP with WM/EWM and PP.
- Ability to perform ABAP debugging and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience with SAP enhancements, BADIs, User Exits, and custom developments.
- Understanding of SAP integration architecture and interface management.
- Experience across SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and transformation projects.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP PS, and GTM-FI integration will be an advantage.

Education & Experience Qualification

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field.
- MBA or Masters degree preferred.
- 812 years of SAP consulting and application support experience.
- 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD and MM.
- Proven experience leading large SAP projects, regional support, and enhancement programs.
- Experience working with European business stakeholders and global delivery teams.
