Role & responsibilities

- Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.

- Drive material requirement planning (MRP) and inventory optimization.

- Monitor production schedules, capacity utilization, and plan adherence.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production execution.

- Analyze production performance, inventory levels, and operational KPIs.

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and productivity.

- Ensure ERP system accuracy and generate planning reports/MIS dashboards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or Production Engineering.

- 7-10 years of experience for Assistant Manager and 10-18 years for Manager level roles.

- Solid experience in PPC, Supply Chain Planning, Production Planning, or Manufacturing Operations.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.).

- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
